Viet Transport 2009 Activities

Viet Transport 2009 Conference
After a successful run in 2008, the Viet Transport Conference, incorporating Viet Road and Viet Rail returns in 2009 with dedicated and focused sessions on road and rail transport infrastructure. Having secured increased government commitment, Viet Transport 2009 Conference will guarantee that the right introductions are made and information exchanged. Official Ministerial Activities
 
15th ASEAN Transport Ministers' Meeting
Transport officials from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) will be held in Hanoi for a week-long discussion on transport cooperation initiatives within the region and discuss various transport issues of concern to ASEAN.

28th ASEAN Senior Transport Officials Meeting (STOM)
Held twice every year, senior transport officials will gather in Hanoi for a 3-day meeting to discuss issues such as transport infrastructure development and enhancing transport linkages and connectivity in the ASEAN region.

15th Consultative Group (CG) Meeting
Held from 8-10 December 2009, representatives of participating countries and development partners will be attending the CG Meeting sessions to share their views on development progress to date, macroeconomic management, and challenges to future growth.
