For the Ministry of Transport Vietnam, the completion of a modern transport infrastructure system remains one of its key missions. To aid in this, Vietnam’s Ministry of Planning and Investment aims to simplify the infrastructure investment framework.Viet Road 2009 is the only international platform to hear about the various initiatives by these two key ministries as they further unfold plans in developing road infrastructure and the investment environment.
